Refund policy

At Morning Flight, we value your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our easy return and refund process. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return experience.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of Items: Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and free from any perfume or fragrance. All original tags must be attached
  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Method

To complete a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact Us:
    To initiate a return, please email your request to hello@morningflight.com.au. A member of our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  • Repackage the Items:
    Ensure all items are securely packed in their original condition, including any tags or packaging where possible.
  • Ship Your Return:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return label provided is prepaid. If return shipping is not prepaid, the cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Please keep your postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Inspection: Items must meet the eligibility conditions listed above. If the items are returned in an unsellable condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any return shipping costs.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Once processed, your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

4. Exchange Policy

We understand you may wish to exchange an item for a different size or style. Exchanges can be made as follows:

  • Exchange Request: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please email our team at hello@morningflight.com.au for assistance.
  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • Resending Cost: For exchanges, Morning Flight will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement item to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund if the product is deemed defective upon inspection.
